GAR-PAL REMOTE TECH SUPPORT
Welcome to the Gar-Pal Technology Remote Support website. Only use this link if you have been instructed to do so by your Gar-Pal technician.
1) Read this entire page first for installation and setup information.
2) After you click "Download and Install" in step #9....click Run twice when prompted.
3) You will see a connection box similar to this:
4) Change #2 - "Allow your friend to..." to show "Control and Browse Files"
5) Give #3 - "the PIN number" to the technician
6) Click on #4 - Agree to the terms
7) Click on "Share my PC"
8) You can close the session anytime by right-clicking the Zolved icon in the system tray and "Close"
When you are ready to proceed.....
10) Continue with setup as indicated in steps 4 through 7
(After Download, Click "Run")
