CDL with Passenger Endorsement, School Bus Endorsement and Air Brake Restriction Removed
DOT Physical Examination
Fingerprint and Background Check
Driving Record Check
Drug-Free Workplace
Current First Aid Card
Completion of OSPI School Bus Driver Training Course
Completion of DOL Driving Skills, Backing and Pre-trip Tests

Upon completion of the Bus Driver Pre-Employment Packet, please submit all forms to the Transportation Supervisor, Jason Jahn.
